What do I put my dirty laundry in for you to pick up?
Standard kitchen trash bags work well along with any oversize bag/tote or collapsible hamper. Regardless of what you place it in, your clean, folded laundry will be delivered in a closed bag to protect it from the elements.
Where do I leave my laundry for you to pick up?
Anywhere that's best for you! Front porch, side door, around back...
What if I live in an apartment or condo building?
No problem! We'll figure out what works best for you and where you live but it can be right at your door, a package/mail room or a first floor patio/deck to name a few. Or face-to-face pick up and deliveries scheduled at convenient times for you.
How much does a load of laundry weigh?
Of course that all depends on what type of items are in the load but a standard kitchen trash bag typically holds between 12-15lbs of laundry.
Can you do large items likes comforters and quilts?
Absolutely! There is a $12 surcharge per each oversize item
Do you stain treat?
I'm happy to put some elbow grease into everyday dirt and stains. Anything requiring a little more time and attention may have a small surcharge based on what exactly it is. I'll always let you know beforehand if something is going to need more attention.
